All orders, whether accepted orders, in-transit orders, cancelled orders etc. could be viewed under a single section called MY ORDERS. GlowRoad has its own courier partner who would pick up the order from supplier and deliver it to the buyer. It is mandatory to use GlowRoad fulfilment services for suppliers.
Here is a step-by-step guide as to how you can go about shipping your order:
Step-1: Keep checking new orders on GlowRoad
It is necessary that you keep checking your new orders on GlowRoad. If you do not ship the order within 4 days of receiving the order, it will be auto-cancelled and the amount will be refunded to the buyer. We suggest you download the latest version of the GlowRoad App on Google Play Store for checking on the go.
Now, you can login to your account and go to My Orders section. You will see a section called new orders where all your new orders will show.
Step-2: Accept Order
Once you click on any order, you’ll be able to see full order details. Check whether you have the product in your inventory and click on ACCEPT ORDER button. In case you do not have the product, click on DECLINE THIS ORDER. On clicking DECLINE THIS ORDER, we’ll refund the amount back to the buyer. If you have clicked on ACCEPT ORDER, you’ll be taken to a page where you’ll have to fill the pick-up address (Address from which the product needs to be picked up)
Step-3: Confirm Address and request shipment
After you clicked ACCEPT ORDER, you’ll be taken to address confirmation page. There is an option to add multiple addresses in case your warehouses are spread across different locations. You need to fill details of the pick-up address and click on I AM READY TO SHIP at the bottom of the page.
Step-4: Print & Insert Labels
Once you confirm shipment, SHIPMENT LABEL will be auto generated. Print 2 copies and insert one copy inside the packaging (along with the product). Stick the other one over the packaging. This label contains all necessary information needed for delivery.
Step-5: Generate Manifest
After you have downloaded labels, there will be an option at the end of the page viz. GENERATE MANIFEST. This needs to be printed and once the courier representative comes to pick up the order, please take a stamp from him and upload the scanned copy on GlowRoad. The manifest is a proof that you have handed over the product to Courier Company for delivery. It is a mandatory requirement and will be helpful to you for settling disputes with the courier company in a worst case scenario.
