Our procurement team is in contact with suppliers and works to ensure that all listed products are in-stock. We inactivate products whose availability is not guaranteed to ensure that you do not get orders for out-of-stock products.  If you have already copied a product into your shop from a supplier’s shop and that product goes out of stock it is automatically inactivated and your buyers will not be able to buy it. If a buyer shows interest in an inactivated product, it is best to contact the supplier directly and check availability.
