This is our stated cancellation policy for buyers

  • For all GlowRoad fulfilled orders, you can cancel the order until the Supplier has not processed your order. Once it is processed by the Supplier you won’t be able to cancel the order.
  • It can be rejected at the time of delivery & refund (only the product charge) will be initiated within 7 working days to the source account of Buyer. Also the return courier charge will be liable on Buyer.
  • If the product is returned within 48 hours of delivery then, refund (product & shipping charge) will be initiated within 7 working days to the source account of Buyer once the product is returned to the Supplier & confirmation is received where the return reason is Supplier dependency.
  • If the product is returned within 48 hours of delivery then, refund (only the product charge) will be initiated within 7 working days to the source account of Buyer once the product is returned to the Supplier & confirmation is received where the return reason is Buyer dependency. Also the return courier charge will be liable on Buyer.

This is our stated cancellation policy applicable to suppliers

  • For all GlowRoad fulfilled orders, the supplier gets 48 hours to confirm (or cancel) & process the order. If the order is not processed within 48 hours of receipt it will be auto cancelled No cancellation charges will be liable to supplier but if the cancellations reach to a minimum threshold (at least 3) then we may charge to the Supplier of order cancellation. Also after accepting the order, if the order is not shipped within 48 hours, it will be cancelled due to delay in dispatch. We will not be liable if Suppliers dispatch any order after order cancellation.
