This is our stated return policy for buyers
- For all GlowRoad fulfilled orders, you may request for a Return within 48 hours of delivery, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags & packaging intact.
- Return pick up will be confirmed within 48 hours of working time & team will contact you once it is raised by the Buyer. You need to hand over the shipment along with the original invoice copy at the time of return pick up which is mandatory.
- Once the Return pick up is completed & shipment is delivered to the Supplier, we will confirm the product delivery with Supplier & initiate the refund to the source account which will take 7 working days to reflect. We will refund the product + shipping charge amount to the Buyer.
- If the Return is rejected by the Supplier with the genuine reason then it will be delivered back to the Buyer and we will be refunding product charge less the shipping costs to the Supplier.
This is our stated return policy applicable to suppliers
- For all GlowRoad fulfilled orders, you will have to accept the Return product from the Buyer if it was initiated within 48 hours of delivery as long as it is unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags & packaging intact.
- If you receive any wrong/damage product in Return then same needs to be mentioned in the courier POD & share the image of the product with Glowroad for reference & after the validation we will take the action.
- In case of a return where the supplier is liable, Delivery charge + return charge will be borne by Supplier & the amount will be reconciled & adjusted in the next coming payment cycle.
